In this work, we don't endlessly analyze your past.
We don't pathologize your feelings.
And we don't assume something is wrong with you.

Hi, I’m Kerri
I help single women reclaim their power, remember their worth, and rewrite their story so they can live from freedom, confidence, and wholeness, whether or not someone ever comes alongside them.
This work is deeply personal for me.
For years, I treated my single life like a waiting room. I put off dreams. I silenced my intuition in relationships because I was afraid of being alone. I shrank at social gatherings when someone asked, "I just don't understand why you're single."
Well-intentioned words. But they carried an unspoken message: something must be wrong with you.
One day, driving home in tears after yet another comment like that, everything came to a head. The loneliness. The frustration. The fear that I was running out of time.
And then, through the tears, came a different question:
"Is this even what I want, or just what I think I should want?"
That question changed my life.
It led me to book a solo trip to Spain for my 40th birthday. To stop waiting for permission. To start building a life I actually loved.
I learned that I didn't need someone to complete me. I was already complete.
Before becoming a coach, I spent 20 years as a spiritual health practitioner in acute care walking alongside people through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. I learned what it means to truly hold space for transformation, to sit with what's hard, and to help people find their way home to themselves.
Today, I'm ICF-credentialed (ACC) and bring both that deep experience and my personal journey to this work.
I don't see singleness as a waiting room anymore. It's a whole, meaningful chapter rich with freedom, possibility, and quiet confidence.
This is the journey I now guide other women through.

How We'll Work Together
6 private 1:1 coaching sessions (60-75 minutes each, every two weeks)
Supportive email contact between sessions
A Session Recap after each session with personalized reflection and journal prompts.
A compassionate, grounded space to explore what's showing up and respond differently
This journey isn't rushed.
It's steady, responsive, and deeply supportive so real change has room to take root.

Reclaiming Your Power: so that you can stop abandoning yourself in relationships and start making choices that honour you.
Remembering Your Worth: so that you can feel steady in yourself, instead of looking to someone else to tell you you’re enough.
Rewriting Your Story: so that you can build a full, meaningful, joyful life now, one that doesn’t depend on being chosen.
Not as steps to complete but as touchstones you'll grow into, revisit, and embody in your own way.
Some sessions may focus on releasing old stories.
Others may center on grounding yourself in a present-day decision.
Some may help you reconnect with your intuition.
Others may support you in navigating a relationship moment without losing yourself.
The work unfolds in response to your real life, where you are, what you're navigating, what you're ready for.
This isn't about following someone else's timeline. It's about honoring yours.
